Job summary

Trilogy in Richmond, IN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care according to each resident’s plan and needs. You will offer companionship and encouragement while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing resident condition, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comfort and well-being. CNA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
