JML Care Center in Massachusetts–Falmouth seeks a Nurse Aide to assist nurses with personal care, vital signs, and ADLs. You will support patients across care settings, ensure safety, and document care activities in EMR systems.

The role requires MA Nurse’s aide certification and BLS within 30 days, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with varied patient populations. 40 hours/week, rotating days, with weekends/holidays possible.

Competenze

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current Massachusetts Nurse’s aide certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Health Care Providers within 30 days of start.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate patient confidentiality.
• Experience with office technology, EMR/Health Records preferred.

Mansioni

• Dress, groom, bathe, feed, and record vital signs of patients.
• Complete ADL functions and document them accordingly.
• Answer call lights, assist in toileting and hygiene, transport, and monitor patient status.
• Provide care under supervision of RN and report changes promptly.
• Maintain room cleanliness and monitor equipment and supplies.
• Support post-operative and medically complex patients while adhering to safety protocols.
