JML Care Center in Massachusetts (Falmouth) is seeking a Nursing Assistant to assist nurses by performing basic care activities for residents and patients. You will dress, bathe, feed, take vital signs, and document ADLs while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, transfers, meal intake, and reporting changes to the RN. Requires Massachusetts Nurse Aide Certification and BLS certification; on-site schedule is 32 hours weekly with rotating days and

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Must hold Massachusetts Nurse Aide Certification and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Dresses, grooms, bathes, feeds, takes and records vital signs of patients.
• Completes all ADL functions and documentation.
• Answers call lights, assists in toileting, oral care, nail care, catheter care, helps patients in wheelchairs, transports, turns bedridden patients, reports changes to RN.
• Provides care within Standards of Practice per certification.
• Maintains patient safety with oxygen therapy, IV infusions, tubes, catheters, CPM machines.
• Monitors and reports changes in patient status to Licensed RN.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident care information and adheres to resident rights.
