Job summary

JML Care Center in Massachusetts-Falmouth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing staff by providing essential personal care and comfort to residents and patients.

This role requires MA CNA certification, BLS within 30 days, and strong interpersonal skills. You will perform ADLs, monitor vitals, assist with meals, maintain safety and confidentiality, and collaborate as a team on patient care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Experience with EMR/office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with personal care and vital signs.
• Complete ADL tasks and document them.
• Respond to call lights; assist with toileting and feeding.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality of information.
• Observe and report changes to the RN.
• Sterilize equipment and support meal preparation as directed.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to process improvements.
