Job summary

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, all shifts. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and support the nursing team.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida CNA license, have patience and empathy, and enjoy a team atmosphere. We offer competitive pay at $17.50/hour plus shift differentials and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida CNA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Monitor resident vitals, weight, and input/output to maintain stability.
• Communicate changes in a resident’s condition to the nursing team.
