Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Provide support for mobility and keep resident areas clean and safe.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team promptly.
• Support daily routines to promote comfort and well-being.
