Job summary

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our caring team. The role focuses on resident-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring comfort and safety.

The position requires a Florida CNA license and 2+ years in long‑term care preferred. We offer a stable, team‑oriented environment with shift options and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as residents' main caregiver for activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Monitor weight, vitals, and input/output to maintain stability.
• Communicate observations of changes in resident status to nursing team.
• Assist nurses and other staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
• Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to support emotional well‑being.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Document care provided and report concerns or changes in resident condition.
• Perform other duties as required.
