Job summary

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, all shifts. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and support the nursing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents’ main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.
• Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.
• Communicate any observations of changes in a resident’s status to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
• Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Support residents’ emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:
