Job summary

Century Park Associates seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) to deliver routine daily assisted living services to residents, following care plans and Century Park standards. Reports to the Resident Care Director and works closely with nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, active state certification, CPR, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Must be currently certified/registered in applicable state and maintain active certification.
• One year of experience in senior services preferred.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plan (dressing, toileting, hair care, bathing).
• Reads 24-hour log at shift start and conducts routine rounds to ensure care needs are met.
• Helps residents choose appropriate clothing and assists with meals.
• Assists with incontinent residents; maintains cleanliness and dignity.
• Provides meal assistance and supports residents during activities.
• Encourages participation in activities and reminds about dental care and grooming.
