Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Sheridan, WY. You will support short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care while documenting updates in EMRs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility and toileting.

• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document care in EMRs and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet individual care needs.
