Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to record information accurately and perform basic procedures.

• Upholds safety policies and patient rights at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: assist with transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and orientation.
