Tuscany Village Nursing Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, day and evening shifts, and a range of benefits as part of our mission to provide superior care.

You will work an 8-hour shift providing personal care, supporting the charge nurse, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team recognized for excellence. Join us to care for residents and their well-being.

Competenze

• State certification as a nursing assistant
• Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant
• Highly developed observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Provide personal care to residents with safety and comfort in mind.
• Promote independence for residents where possible.
• Inform supervising nurse of resident status at shift start/end.
• Contribute to resident care plans with observations and needs.
• Assist in implementing care plans per policy and procedures.
• Observe and document residents' conditions as required.
• Follow safe lifting and transfer procedures.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
• Keep equipment clean and functional.
• Assist with housekeeping to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
