Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs and intake/output.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Respond to call lights and report changes to licensed staff.
- Support residents' independence and dignity while ensuring safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility procedures.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions at all times.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
- Provide postmortem care.
