Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• CNA certification in good standing or state-approved CNA training and exam within 120 days.
• Must have basic computer skills and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and position changes using proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs and document intake/output as directed.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Support independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility procedures.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions at all times.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
