The Center at Park West in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The role emphasizes compassionate support, accurate charting, and teamwork with the nursing staff to maintain resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include admitting residents, assisting with ADLs, taking and recording vitals, preparing rooms, coordinating with therapy and transportation, and ensuring rights and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Assistant certification for the State of Colorado.
• Current, unencumbered, active CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets admissions and ensures resident comfort and proper intake.
• Assists residents with ADLs and daily routines.
• Takes vitals and records data per protocol.
• Maintains clean, organized rooms and supports therapy services.
