Job summary

The Center at Park West in Pueblo, CO is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services designee.

Qualified CNAs will assist with ADLs, take vital signs, prep rooms for new admissions, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess Colorado Nursing Assistant certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and orient new admissions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Take and record vitals per protocol.
• Prepare rooms, supplies, and welcome packets for admissions.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care team.
• Document care and chart notes accurately.
• Follow dietary allowances and report issues to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms.
