Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents/patients with ADL needs under the direction of a licensed RN. You will report patient needs to the RN and follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compassionate, timely care.

Responsibilities include completing assignments, documenting incidents, participating in team meetings, and maintaining patient safety and comfort with proper body mechanics and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintains active Nurse Aide Registry in the state as determined by job location.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to residents/patients with ADL needs under RN supervision.
• Reports resident/patient needs to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
• Completes assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Documents incidents and patient data according to facility policy.
