Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse.

You will report resident needs and concerns promptly to the RN and follow facility policies and procedures. Responsibilities include adhering to CNA performance standards, documenting incidents, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, supporting hydration and safety, and assisting with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Nurse Aide Registry certification in the state required/maintained.
• Basic computer knowledge; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents/patients with ADL needs under the direction of a licensed RN.
• Follow CNA performance standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to policy.
• Report resident/patient needs and concerns to the RN in a timely manner.
• Attend in-service trainings and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
