Job summary

Compass Park in Franklin, IN seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality resident care on our CNA team. You will complete assignments, document care, and report changes to your supervisor while working cooperatively with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Indiana State Department of Health Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents.
• Complete assignments and assist other staff as needed.
• Document care delivery accurately and timely.
• Report changes to the supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with other departments and show up reliably.
• Follow directions from Charge Nurse and adhere to care plans.
