Compass Park in Franklin, IN seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality resident care on our CNA team. You will complete assignments, document care, and report changes to your supervisor while working cooperatively with other departments.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, Indiana Nurse Aide Certification is required, and prior long-term care experience is a plus. Great benefits and stable scheduling are offered.

This job is in Franklin, IN.CNA Responsibilities:Provide quality care to the facility residents.Complete assignments and assist other staff with their assignments when able.Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner.Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor.Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility.Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time.Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse.Adhere to safety precautions per each resident’s plan of care.Assist in the process of orientation of new staff members.CNA Requirements:A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.A valid Indiana State Department of Health Nurse Aide Certification required.Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills.A minimum of 6 months prior nursing experience in long term care preferred.CNA Benefits: Work Life Balance Weekly Pay with Daily Pay options Discounted child care available to all employees Scrubs available to purchase (PTO) after 90 days of employment Complete health, vision, and dental care benefits with eligibility on the first day of the month after 60 days of employmentQualifications
