Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and mobility.
• Support dining room services at assigned meals and document meal intake.
• Monitor residents' physical and cognitive wellbeing and report changes.
• Document resident care timely and accurately and comply with policies.
