Apploi is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide routine care under supervision in Scenic Heights, TN. You will perform rounds, verify resident identity, assist with daily living activities, and follow established policies to ensure quality care.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a CNA program or possess CNA license.
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience during CNA class.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with others.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• In good health with emotional stability.
• Able to relate to ill, disabled, elderly and sometimes hostile residents.

Mansioni

• Perform duties per facility policies, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Assure water pitchers are clean and within resident reach.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
