• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.

• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with transfers and transportation as needed.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and report any incidents or injuries.
