• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative manner.
• Report accidents and incidents observed on the shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with daily living activities, positioning, transfers, and mobility as instructed.
• Ensure resident room is ready, greet residents, and escort to their room.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and transport as needed.
• Follow facility policies on exposure to blood/body fluids and infection control.
