Job summary

Mesa Hills Post Acute in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents as outlined in their care plans, including ADLs, vital sign checks, and comfort measures. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state regulations.
• Ability to read and follow care plans, written instructions, and medical terminology.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, mobility).
• Record and report health observations to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control policies.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity during care and documentation.
• Document care provided and respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
