Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans.
• Identify residents with wristbands before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any HIPAA concerns.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as directed by nursing staff.
• Ensure rooms and equipment are prepared and clean for residents.
• Support with transport and transfer of residents when needed.
• Follow policies to ensure safety and proper procedures are followed.
