Job summary

Palm Beach Health Partners is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. The role requires completion of a State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program and active status on the State Registry as a Nurse Aide in good standing.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, reporting changes to supervisors, and following infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• State-approved Nurse Aide Training with competency evaluation.
• Must be listed in State Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in nursing report and duties.
• Assists with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and adaptive equipment.
• Explains procedures to residents before administering.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper linen handling.
• Assists with bowel and bladder functions.
• Transfers and positions residents safely.
• Records vital signs and measurements as instructed.
• Reports changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
