Job summary

Lakewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Plainfield, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, individualized care to our residents in an extended care setting. You will assist with bathing, mobility, dining, and personal care while upholding infection control and safety standards.

You will work with a supportive clinical team in a facility that values dignity, respect, and high-quality resident experiences. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required by state
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with health care worker background check requirements
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Ensure resident safety by following infection control policies and procedures
