Job summary

Landmark Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in our residential community. The role requires assisting residents with daily activities, mobility, and nourishment while following care plans and facility policies.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and basic computer skills to document care and coordinate with the care team. We value dignity, respect, and teamwork in delivering high‑quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Experience as CNA in SNF or ALF preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CNA services to residents per care plans and supervisor guidance.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Helps with lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining services, meals, and feeding assistance.
• Documents meal intake and weight changes per policy.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
