Job summary

NHS Management, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver quality care in our long-term care setting. You will collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state you are applying for.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document of care provided and observations in accordance with facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
