Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents on our team. The role emphasizes attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative demeanor while supporting the care team to deliver high-quality service.

The CNA will assist with personal care, mobility, monitoring vitals, documentation, and safety procedures, ensuring residents receive respectful and professional care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Ability to record information accurately and perform basic procedures.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output and meals.
• Turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
