Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for PRN shifts to provide direct care to residents and support daily living activities. You will follow facility policies, document in the EMR, and report changes to the on‑duty Charge Nurse.

Must have an active Ohio STNA license or Florida CNA certification; two to four years’ experience preferred. Proficiency with Windows and MS Office is expected, and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required (read/write/speak).
• OH or FL nurse aide certification or license required/active.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Assist with vital signs, weights, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe, respectful environment for residents.
• Support orientation and training of new staff as assigned.
