Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and daily living support.
• Answer patient calls and determine aid needed.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, bathing, and daily activities.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to ensure appropriate meals.
• Obtain information from physicians and nurses about patient conditions and plans.
• Record intake/output and report changes to medical staff.
• Record vital signs as requested.
• Examine patients for issues needing medical care.
• Remind patients to take medications and supplements.
• Note observations to nurses.
• Stay up to date on CNA training and facility procedures.
