Job summary

Trital Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN (as needed) work in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The role supports residents with daily living activities in a skilled nursing setting, under the direction of licensed nurses.

The schedule includes 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM shifts with a 30-minute lunch, and PRN hours based on facility needs. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, demonstrates compassionate, dependable care, and adapts to long-term care environments.

Qualifications

• Current, verifiable CNA certification and eligibility to work as a nursing assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Help with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and hydration according to care plans.
• Obtain and document vital signs and observations as assigned.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Follow care plans, infection prevention, and safety policies.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Keep resident areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Accurately document care and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care team.
• Report suspected abuse or safety concerns.
