Job summary

TRITAL Care in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN, day-shift coverage. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and vital signs in a skilled nursing setting, working alongside licensed nurses to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is dependable, and flexible for on-call shifts. Prior CNA experience in long-term care and ability to travel to facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, verifiable CNA certification and eligibility to work as a nursing assistant.
• Ability to provide safe, hands-on resident care within the CNA scope of practice.
• Ability to work the 6:00 AM–6:30 PM shift and reliably travel to facilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Understanding of resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, infection control, and fall prevention.
• Willingness to complete onboarding, competency assessments, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Help residents with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and hydration per care plans and dietary precautions.
• Obtain and document vital signs and other observations as assigned.
• Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Follow care plans, infection prevention, fall prevention, and safety policies.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Document care accurately and communicate during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and the care team; report safety concerns.
