Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents
• Work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, eating)
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities
