Qualifications

CNA certification preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience with seniors preferred.
Strong communication with residents and team members.
Compassionate, resident-focused approach with good customer service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating as needed.
Respond to resident calls and security systems promptly.
Promote independence and dignity while ensuring safety.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of rooms and work areas.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Engage residents in meaningful activities and enrichment programs.
Inform supervisor of increased care needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
