Job summary

HMG Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Topeka, KS area facilities. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications include a valid Kansas CNA certification, completion of a state-approved CNA program, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification recognized by Kansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Basic knowledge of patient care and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and reposition bedridden residents to prevent pressure sores.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
