Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Strong teamwork and communication in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Measure and report vital signs to licensed nurses
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Provide hands-on ADL support such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nutrition
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Maintain clean, safe, infection-controlled environment
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and care team
