Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide for care, comfort, and safety of assigned patients under direct supervision of nurse.
• Perform and record delegated nursing care procedures.
• Observe patients and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Transfer medications and assist in feeding as necessary.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and communicate needs.
