Job summary

Care New England Health System in Warwick, RI is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will perform routine tasks and personal care to promote patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical training and more than six months job-related experience or equivalent.
• RI State Nursing Assistant license is also required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general patient care and routine treatments as directed by the RN.
• Assist the RN in caring for seriously ill patients or in complicated treatments or procedures.
• Maintain patient records, observations and care notes.
• Support hygiene and comfort through routine personal care and sanitation.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment with stocked supplies and functioning equipment.
