Hillsboro Medical Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document observations, and help maintain a safe, clean patient environment.

The role requires Six months of experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital, an Oregon CNA certification, and current BLS or the ability to obtain within 90 days. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in skilled nursing facility or hospital.
• Current Oregon CNA Certification required upon hire.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS preferred upon hire, and required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assists with nursing care of patients, vital sign collection, ADLs, comfort support; reports changes to licensed staff.
• Documents care provided and patient observations in the medical record.
• Transports and moves patients with proper body mechanics.
• Assists with room turnover and restocking supplies; maintains a clean patient environment.
• Assists with patient admissions or discharges as needed.
