Hillsboro Medical Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist with patient care under licensed staff supervision. You will support basic nursing tasks, document care, and help maintain a clean patient environment in a busy hospital setting.

Preferred candidates have a six-month SNF or hospital background, Oregon CNA certification, and BLS within 90 days. The role offers a pay range of $23.61–$32.83 per hour plus a 10% per diem differential, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Six months experience in skilled nursing facility or hospital.
• Current Oregon CNA Certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification preferred upon hire and required within 90 days.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
• Familiarity with basic hospital software and recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with nursing care, vital sign collection, ADLs, and comfort needs.
• Document care and patient observations in the medical record.
• Assist with patient admission/discharge under supervision.
• Transport and move patients using proper body mechanics.
• Maintain clean, organized patient environment.
