- Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
- Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers using proper mechanics.
- Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
- Assist with positioning for comfort and safety.
- Lead range-of-motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
