Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care related support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Accurately document in patient records and complete admission tasks.
• Take vital signs, weights, and monitor I&O as required.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs during shifts.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and use of assistive devices per orders.
