Qualifications

• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure.
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics and safety protocols.

• Assist with oral hygiene and denture care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments as directed.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.
