Job summary

Vantage of Lowell, Massachusetts, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support the nursing team in delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized services.

As a CNA you will assist with daily living activities, observe residents, document care and intake, maintain clean living areas, and collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Document care, food, and fluid intake accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Support nurses and interdisciplinary team members in delivering quality care.
