Job summary

Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our resident-centered care team. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, document progress, and support nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Massachusetts CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to residents and nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding).
• Safely assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services and assist with meals.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document resident intake.
• Weigh residents and report changes to the nurse.
