Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and meal documentation.
• Keep resident rooms clean and orderly.
• Assist with scheduling and transporting residents to activities/appointments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nurse.
• Participate in resident care meetings as needed.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
