Job summary

Paycom in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per each resident’s care plan. You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

You will also engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner, participate in ongoing education, and adhere to privacy rules. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and meetings
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
